From a dear friend to a great mentor Krishna has been an amazing inspiration for me to take this course up.

I felt like relearning everything I knew about Nutrition & health in the right direction in those knowledge packed sessions.

The best part about these classes is that you can start adopting the learning from day 1 & it feels great to realize for a change you have taken health & what you eat seriously. Both Krishna and Kamakshi were great with lot of energy to drive the class for close to two hours.

Our kitchen has seen a lot of tweaks in the last 20 days and I can proudly say it is getting healthier by the day. I could see a lot of improvement in myself especially when I start eating something, I cannot eat without thinking about what am I eating & if it's good or bad for my body. Also my purchasing pattern has changed drastically as well(Take up the session & you will know what am talking about.

I recommend these sessions for everyone who wishes to die happily without lying on the bed in their old age!
