FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH

This course takes place at our home gym in Mysore, Karnataka (India) which is equipped for beginners level of training. The focus of this training is Strength - for long term musculature, for functional needs, for looking good, for improving metabolism and more that you will learn in the course. In this one month, not only will we be teaching the 'how' but also explaining the 'why'.

 

Gyms can be intimidating for beginners for multiple reasons. In our home gym, we will guide you on the correct form required for lifting heavy weights. The method employed will be the current standard in the powerlifting world; in compliance with the programs followed by present day Olympic coaches.

There are no two people with the same body and the same trouble shooting areas. Each person's anatomy is different and we will have their ideal exercise forms to follow and work towards. 

 

At the end of the month, we will run through programming - the act of putting things into a 3-month long timetable to follow in a Gym. The actual long-term gains will be seen with consistent practice using the forms taught during this course.
